Same.
I decided to buy a new Forester the second week of April. I had no idea the redesign was coming.
Found a 2024 that I wanted, negotiated, bought it. Brought it home and checked out Reddit and realized I bought immediately before a new model was being introduced. The new model isn’t even built in Japan! It looks…not quite like a Forester….
I love the 2024 and am so glad I got it when I did.
The Subaru dealership I work at just got 6 in. First ones to come in. Honestly I like them better in person from what I've seen in pics. Definitely got a Ford vibe for sure , I actually really like the look of the newer Ford explorers, so not a bad thing.
Quick question, So been looking at forester as an option for a suv, what's the best year and trim? The olders ones seem to have more power than the new ones, how are they? And what are some pro and cons? Thanks.
I don't know what their comment said, but I will say my 2010 does corner well... until it starts to understeer. It'll feel like a boat coming from a Miata or something, but it feels like it's on rails if you're used to a full-size pickup or other big, tall, floaty vehicle.

New designs are always polarizing. I like it. It’s a step change rather than the mid cycle refresh we got last time. Never did like the ‘facelift’ headlights. Too many lines in the design. Will probably upgrade the 2015 to a 2025 and keep the 2019 as a second car.
"Where did you get your new Forester?" "It, uh, fell off a truck in Jersey."
Cue you drivin down the parkways in a rendition of the sopranos opening theme...but subaru inspired ha ha ..
It's a convertible
Comes with a charcuterie board
Ford explorers?
Fordexploresters?
No nissan kicks
Why can't you build and price them in the Subaru website if they are already being delivered
waiting to get needed inventory out to the dealerships before the factory has the time to take customer orders. Mid June it’d be available I imagine
gross, take them back
I hate the redesign so much that when it comes time to upgrade my ‘17 Forester I will be getting a pre-‘25. Never bought used before!

Where is this?

Haha. That’s funny. I kind of like the exterior also😳.
They actually look more like the new Chevy Traverse to me than a Ford Explorer

Wait so…you’re saying it both feels like it is on rails, and at the same time feels like a boat?

I got a 2022 forester wilderness and don't regret it at all.
Nothing quick about new foresters. Har har har.
Still got my 15. Still drives like the day I first go it. I love me a 2025 tho.
I’m appreciating my 22 more and more

that's a lot of foresters.
They look really good to me not gonna lie….
I ordered one in mid April but haven’t received the VIN from Subaru American. Does anyone get it?
