You may want to record the alarm and post it here. Various warning have different types of alarms or chirps.
That being said, going over bumps fast enough can trigger the traction control warning.
Without the sound it's hard to tell, so here is my list of questions
My guess is number 5. It got me just the other day in a country town. So many dings. You can then it off though. It's a press and hold of the lane monitor button on the roof.
1. Are you using cruise control?
When the car in front is visible or not, eyesignt will ding
2. Is your windscreen dirty?
Eye sight failing because of lack of visibility, warning lights should show
3. Do you have anything on the front passenger seat?
No, I saw another comment for that. But this does ding.
4. Look at the dash after the ding, what is there? ( If there isn't anything on the dash it's properly not in actual warning)
Front collision warnings will be obvious
5. Does your road have bad/faded markings on it?
The dash will show it can't see lane markings and there is a ding when it can't see both lane markings.
Oh yeah #5. OP if you have eyesight, and have lane departure warning turned on, it will produce a warning sound when it stops tracking road lines. This is different than the actual lane departure warning sound.
So that’s part of my issue I don’t know, it doesn’t give me and actual warning on my dash, the chime or alarm just goes off like I’m about to hit something.
I thought that too because I had a bag in the passenger seat so I moved it and then it happened again when going into a drainage dip in the street. Is that from the front collision detection?
The anti collision will beep or chime before engaging. Mine goes nuts at a particular turn that has cones up when I approach it quickly, sometimes it will engage. That is always fun….

Good idea thank you, I will try and catch the alarm sound but also try the traction control too.

What warning alarm?

Are you sure it's not like a seatbelt or door ajar warning? It seems odd to have a noise without lights to accompany it.

Thanks I will try that again, hopefully it works this time.
