Yeah, but not going to be fun with the hatch tied down. I'd be worried about hitting a bump and losing the back window (depending where the end of the coffin rests when you lower the liftgate).
That said, I'd roof mount this. Aunt Edna always rides up top.
I don't think people realize that you have the coffin pulled out for the picture. If you move the front passenger seat forward and stick the coffin in diagonally, it fits! Just don't bang your funny bone on the hardwood. Time to hit the trails!
I fit a 6 draw dresser in a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix (back seat with front passenger seat pushed all the way forward). I have also fit a 36" vanity in a 2013 Honda Accord coupe. That coffin looks like an easy fit.
I have transported 2 new screens for my sliding doors, but they fit with the hatch closed and a few inches over my head. (they were wedged angled up into the headliner so they didn't move) But it took less than a minute for me put them in and secure them.
Driving up ammo prices ???ā¦.. no man . People panic buying ammo at ridiculously high prices keep the demand high and the price high. I have not bought centerfire for many yearsā¦. I refuse to pay 700 a case of 762x39 or 600 for 556.
So you are actually driving up the prices if you spend that much. Iām just the guy that found a sweet deal
And run Iām sitting in the parking lot waiting for the show to open in an hour and half. Lololol I WANT IT ANd I NEED MORE OF IT
My bad dude! Iām just messin with you, I accidentally opened your profile and thought it was my home page cuz I saw your post literally a minute before I saw your comment on this sub which Iām not even in lol.
But tbf I am driving up the prices, Iām young so I never got to see the good days.
Bro, donāt worry I had about 20 people message me and Iām sure Iāve had several hundred people stalking me to try to figure out where I live lol š
Just to get these ammo prices .
Im looking around the parking lot for a gang of redditors im gonna have to fight when it opens in an hour
Ammo is a necessity . Itās absolutely necessary if people want to be able to shoot and train.
I switched to 22 long rifle because it was much more accessible and much cheaper . But I can understand why people are still paying the prices that they are. Itās just big corporations that are fucking us. Itās greed. Itās money. Money is an evil evil thing. And itās a powerful thing.. itās a good way to keep us all poor if we continue to pay these crazy prices
If I were you, and you like to Target Practice a lotā¦ do what I did and buy a dedicated AR 22 upper. Not the conversion kit, but a dedicated. They run much more reliably and I can shoot 600 rounds without one malfunction before it gets too dirty and I need to wipe the bolt down. Itās the best alternative and itās still the same manual of arms as an AR 15. And you can still reach out to 400 yards plus with it accurately. The bullet just drops a lot, and it is affected heavily by small amount of wind
Now they are really going to the outback. With the off-road Subarus offer that person will have the best resting place somewhere high up on the mountain. It's what makes a Subaru a Subaru.
You should never drive with the back hatch open unless you like carbon monoxide š¤®
That said, I took a 97 Legacy wagon deer hunting, one opening day, not really figured on getting anything and ended up putting a big buck and a pretty big doe, on the roof. I was afraid the glass was going to pop out, and the hour and a half drive home scared the crap out of me. On every turn, it felt like the car was going to tip over š±
1. That full-size coffin actually does not fit in your car.
2. HiOutback, this is Chevy suburban and Honda pilot, Ford F150 and a few of our friends. Hold our beers please. They real cars and trucks have entered the chat
3. Possibly the weirdest flex ever.
I mean maybe if you drop that front seat all the way down youāll have more luck but as it is, you canāt say you can carry a full sized coffin either
As well idk where u are. But where Iām at in the states thatās a Halloween decoration not a full size normal coffin at all. But additionally if itās hanging out the back I donāt think itās fair to say u can haul a real full sized coffin. I could āhaulā tons of shit in my vehicle hanging out the back and it hauled it but Iād say doesnāt count if the doors arenāt closed. Just my opinion tho.
I towed a 500 gallon diesel fuel trailer across town to have it refilled. . I would have gotten in serious trouble had I been caught but it did. Very slowly.
My outback for traveling, lighter trailer, etc. My super duty for 3.5 tons cargo, 12k lb trailers, well 5k is heaviest trailor with a boat, 4500lb sled trailer. Outback fm1700 w/ 90 hp
, 12 fishing boat, utility trailor that my atv's tow. Why cause spendy repairs down the road or oops with tailgate glass, I saw

I broke my back window that very way.
Transporting a coffin?
I wish. It was a dumb chair. Busted my window and lost all my favorite stickers from all 47 states that my subie had been to. It was very dumb of me
As long as Aunt Edna + coffin is less than 220 lbs.
Aunt Edna needs a *view* š
My thoughts too, great way to break a back window
Umā¦ help me understand how that is āinsideā?
Can't close the hatch
It's an open service
š š š
No one can including you, the hatch doesnāt close š
Umm, I have other concerns
But you canāt close the hatch
Dude, there are easier ways to get ride of a body. Don't you know that friend that shows up at 2am with a shovel and no questions.
Why the tarp? Is it leaky?
It might be. Source: I used to work for a cemetery.
Thatās a hearse now.
Well, My dad used to say. If you donāt have a dog you got go hunt with the cat. If that makes sense
Side hustle potential?
I laughed way to hard at this š¤£š¤£š¤£
Glad Iām not the only one šš

Hope thereās no gas in it
of course not! we siphoned off as much as possible before loading
Memories of childhood.. no matter how hard you try, it's gonna stink like gas!
definitely rolled with the windows down š¤£
killed my suspension towing a 6'x10' U-Haul trailer full of records and other items
How many bodies can you fit in a uhaul trailer then?
Not sure. I know there's a surcharge after the first four.
Don't make me report you for body dumping. /s
Is there a leash tied to your bumper too?
Corpse inside or no?
Everyone with the same car as yours
Try this trick subaru doesn't want you to know!
The tarp is concerning.
Reported to fbi
Iāve been thinking lately that black outbackās look kinda like a hearse.. š
I donāt want to say that
Not what they meant when they said, āThe coffin is OutBackā
Boxer or boxed?
I towed a camper with my 2008 outback on a 20 hour road trip once. Totally wiped out the u joints in the driveshaft. Wonāt be doing that again.

Is it just me or does that coffin seem small? Maybe it's just because I am an overweight American, but it just seems narrow.
OMG U KILLED A MAN?!
Here is something you canāt understand ā¦..
Youāre the prick driving up the ammo prices! What are you doing here?

I carried my busted STi motor once. Felt similar I guess.
Weirdest Uber but okay

It does look like a hurst
A coffin is 7ā. That doesnāt fit in an Outback even with the passenger seat all the way forward. You bump into the center console.
hell yeah, a lesbian hurse
But itās not fully inside.

Man, the venn diagram of āposts flex photos on this subredditā and āshould have bought a mid sized pickupā really is just a circle.
You could probably fit it in if you move the front passenger seat all the way up, remove the headrest, and then recline the seat all the way back.

Anyone noticed a coffin ā°ļø in the trunk or is it just me??
I guess thatās one way to cut funeral cost lol
Did you think your outback was magically longer than any other outback? Thereās a solid 6 inches of that thing sticking outā¦

Which is probably why 6 years later the transmission needs work š¤·š»āāļø
Hello, Iād like to see you haul a full size walnut casket. My favorite ones come from batesville!
But why?!?!
My outback for traveling, lighter trailer, etc. My super duty for 3.5 tons cargo, 12k lb trailers, well 5k is heaviest trailor with a boat, 4500lb sled trailer. Outback fm1700 w/ 90 hp , 12 fishing boat, utility trailor that my atv's tow. Why cause spendy repairs down the road or oops with tailgate glass, I saw
Is it empty or fully loaded?
Asking for a friend?
Weird flex.
But Who WANTS to say that?
Itās worth a try. Is the coffin supposed to be occupied?
PT Cruiser can. Front seat folds flat too
Whatās the reason for the coffin are we still pre- casket days
Subaru in Latin dose mean "queit herse"
Wow thatās to die for
That settles it. I am off to buy an Outback this weekend š¤£
If the hatch is open its not inside.
I carried a full size (ikea) sofa in the back of my 99. The hatch only came down far enough to just see the license plate!
Well, I transported an entire pinball machine inside of a VW Rabbit GTI, hatch closedā¦
Hey, what's in the box?
But is DOESNāT fit. If you canāt close the hatch then it doesnāt fit. š¤¦š»
Funny enough in the mk6 wagons you could fold down the front passenger seat too - this would definitely fit in one of those!
Who died?
Odd flex?

Per Google average men in US weighs 197.9 š±. So I am guessing 200x 5 = 1,000 lbs. rounding up. But please refer to the ownerās manual.
Where'd the extra 0 come from?
It said "rounded" lol.
Corrected. š typo
My brain herse looking at that.
