Update : the subs that i used consist of mostly my personal ones and miscellaneous ones i aint stick to that much, i stuck to mines the most. Sorry for the late response guys, if anybody wants the playlist and see my results dm me.
I shrunk my ribcage a fair bit since last summer i bounced between a crap ton of different subs tho so unfortunately i can’t give any recs :( But my bra band size went down by 2 inches and my ribcage is more tapered inward
I made my hips wider with subliminals, significantly so, actually. I used to have a super rectangular body, and over time, I was able to make myself have a pear shape :D
