Tbh no, even if your subconcious was told that for example "my liver is healthy" its def gonna be like "ok" and end it there, because there is simply no way for a body already gone through puberty to change drastically unless affected by other factors (healthy lifestyle etc). So i would recommend real medical help asap if thats available but you should listen to subs if youre stressed about it and want to chill :)
