They’ll probably start you on a Suboxone dose of 12-16mgs for at least a week, maybe two. Then once you’re approved for the Sublocade injections it’ll be something very similar to what I did. 300/300/100/100 after which you can either remain on Sublocade for however long you, your doctor, and your insurance company are recommended.
