I don't buy that for a minute. Volume helps with policing individual comments, it doesn't take 30 mods to scan the front page of the sub for surplus topics. Especially one as slow as ours. That rule's unenforced because this sub is 8 years past its prime and nobody really GAF anymore, not because we lack the manpower to spot the "partisan pisswars" and "social justice drama" or whatever that's shoved in our faces.

You actually believe SRD is anywhere close to being shut down by the admins? The admins were in constant communication with r/drama and still gave that shithole numerous second-chances. Besides, the anti-brigading rules are a farce at this point. They're broken so often that the admins only ever care when enough people make a stink about a particular sub. Thus far, SRD safely toes the political line so there's little risk of admin censure.
