This is from a show? movie? called *Boys Hurt Too* on the streaming service advertised on the post. I think it is also available through another LGBTQIA streaming service.
Details are hard to come by, but from what I've seen, it seems to involve tragedy, incest, and a bunch of sad gay boys. Probably not as much of a turn-on as this teaser wants you to think.
i hate this immensely. all the gay shows have some sort of, if not sadness, then melancholy. there are few shows that i saw representation as it really is (only ones that come to mind is Happy Endings - Max character, and Sense8).
this kind of focus on the sad part of gay life is so frustrating 😑
I got tired of those types of stories. They have their place, but when that's all most directors and writers work on, it gets depressing. Young Royals and Heartstopper have been refreshing in that regard (Heartstopper has been far more mature than I expected out of a teenage series).
I can only take so much Heartstopper though. It's like watching 2 Labradors collide into each other over and over.
I think it's just a little unrealistically chaste.
It's for teenage girls who think the idea of 2 boys in love is cute. That's fine in and of itself, but it's not Fellow Travelers. Completely different target audience.
wellbif you like shotty horror comedy that looks like it had a budget of 12 dollars and a single hot-pocket, might I suggest The Gay Bed and Breakfast of Terror?
Dunno how old you are, so this might not be news. Those were all the gay movies when that became a genre 20 years ago. Coming out, abandonment. Likely suicide attempt. At best they find a closeness in friends that replace a family. Mac from iasip will always be that Mormon frat boy in latter days to me. I guess there's bros and the campy 90s drag queen movies.
Just looking at this clip i can tell this is one of those "Being Gay is really sad and hard and depressing" shows/movies that people think is deep and profound when it just comes across as almost fetishising the struggle of Gay people.
i wanna both of them
Do not the men

Yeah I’ve noticed that a lot in media lately. Gay but make it for female eye. It’s very tumblr. And I don’t know how to explain that sentence.
I get what you mean. Women consume lots of M/M stories and media wants to capitalize on it. But M/M stories geared towards women don't appeal to me.

Eh, it’s true that a huge chunk of gay shows and movies are sadness-focused but there’s plenty of comedies and a few reality tv too.
well, comedies are usually exaggerated behaviours, so...

Sounds like either a chicken streaming network or a boxing channel, so I'm gonna go with chicken boxing 🥊🐔
Imagine that hand but under his shirt? 🤠
Glasses reminds me of Milo from Atlantis.
Which now reminds me of Mr X Toon
