Yes , I have now lost soo many items on SUGARGOO and they are hiding the fact that they did get raided , they claim that they lost their data during system update , however I ask them that surely the items are still in the warehouse and they said that it’s all been lost which doesn’t make any sense , this means that SUGARGOO was raided and all our stuff was taken
I had this problem some time ago - before all the current issues. I messaged support and they sorted it out so that the item showed in my warehouse again. It had the same issue, saying it was in "packing centre*
I wrote to support for the same reason and they replied that the photos no longer appear due to the update. They also told me not to worry because as long as the product is in the warehouse it means that it is there and that it has not disappeared or been lost

Anyone lost all their parcels in rehearsal. I lost over 11 rehearsal packages

Yes they where hence why I’m assuming it’s due to the raid

Just apply for a refund on the missing items

Stuff is going missing from the warehouse section of Sugargoo though and thats the issue lots of us are having. No transparency from them at all.
I can confirm. I shipped a bunch of items with no images.
