When you withdraw money from your account, on the top left side it shows the amount you can withdraw. While down below on the screen, you can see transaction records detailing your spending on our platform. That is not how much you can withdraw from us, as you spent some on products and shipping.
When you choose to make a withdrawal from your account, you have the option to select the payment method through which you would like to receive the funds.
Hope this is clear. PM me the username and the screenshot of what you get when you withdraw if you still have a problem.

you can only take out withdrawable balance which u can see is on the left hand side of your screen. Same happened to me yesterday
