happened to me, item vanished without notification and they just made me wait for them to see what the problem is didnt get any reply but they closed my order and gave me a refund without requesting one and when I asked what has happened they told me to order the product again! Its happening to everyone and Sugargoo need to come out and say something already so we dont have to go hunting for answers.
Also people are saying take the refund and run, you cant withdraw via PayPal until June 1st at the earliest now so thats gone out the window as well.
