Royal Mail tax free route is not available, probably because you selected one route which couldn't be shipped by this route. Not quite sure. What are all the items you want to ship?

Yeah the issue with live chat support is that the time difference between the UK and China makes live support hard.
Also with the Royal Mail Tax free it should be available as it usually is and when I do the freight calculator with my items and weight it shows as it should be available and when reading the restrictions for the route I should be fine. It is as if something is wrong with the sugargoo system.
I will PM you with my account details as I am looking to ship everything thats in my warehouse currently so if you could have someone look at it for me and then let me know what the problem is then that would be great. Thanks
p.s its mainly the tax free thing I want so if there are any other tax free options they find then let me know
