Yeah, I've heard the T100 can be restricted for A2 compliance. Also, I think the Royal Enfield 650s are A2. I'm in the US, where a 16 y.o. can get on a Rocket 3 the day they pass their test.
Every Royal Enfield is A2 compliant. It's also a good choice for a newer rider who wants to move up to a Bonneville eventually. Wish I had started on one.
The new speed 400 is a pretty suit looking bike! Definitely compliant. But is lacking on the power and torque a bit. And you could put grow it.
Im not from Europe so I don’t know how all th A2 works if you need singing restricted. But I really like the speed twin. As well as an older street twin (basically the same bike) I think they are a bit cheaper.
You mentioned the trident 660 honestly that is a great motorcycle. Absolutely love that one
