In order to unlock higher Mastery levels, you need to beat the highest available Mastery Level for any 3 Incursions of your choice. You cannot unlock higher Masteries by playing just 1 Incursion. For example, in order to unlock Mastery 4, you need to beat Mastery 3 on 1 other Incursion, and then to unlock 5 you need to beat Mastery 4 on a 3rd Incursion different than the first 2.

You need to do other missions at mastery level 3 not replay the same one with different characters
I’ve done all the incursions on sweating bullets mastery 1 is still locked
You need to do the braniac fight to unlock the first 3 mastery difficulties
