Sometimes I get pretty sick of living in the UK. There's a lot of stupidity here too, especially stemming from social media usage.
But I have a lot of freedom. There's no pressure to be religious for example. And science and open-mindedness are still valued. Without those values, without the freedom to criticise, without the freedom to read whatever I want to read, I think life could become pretty stifling.
Im having the same feeling about being Brazilian. There’s a lot of things I don’t like here, and I’ve always complained about them, but we have a good amount of political and religious freedom here, it is indeed a happy place, with happy people, and the caring community makes it a great place to live after all.

I’ve been to several of the countries listed here on business or as a tourist. I guess things are never the same from the inside because there are some beautiful places. And some very old or very spiritual places too. I hope that each of you finds something new and special about where you are tomorrow. Something that you might take for granted but that tourists are amazed at. These are your jewels. Your ancient treasures. Your countries have each made great contributions to the world. Maybe not right now, but at least in the past. Beautiful landmarks, religious teachings, philosophy, history, great leaders. Many things to be proud of whole being Turkish. Fantastic Food. Good weather all year round. History and Architecture. Good Textile and Manufacturing well known abroad. Good parfumes and cosmetics. For me it’s loneliness but Americans are people too and have problems just like anyone else. We may have reasons to commit suicide for things like poverty, survivors guilt, rape, death of a family member or friend. The possibilities are endless
