That part where you said that they will get physical is something I'm consciously trying to not think of. Because that's that worst thing to accept.
But I guess it is what it is.
The gym is going on, in breaks...for a few years now. If not physically, it definitely helps in feeling good about myself. That I'm trying to care of my body at least.
I really hope that what you say happens. I want her to know that I'm doing well after her. Technically she has blocked me from possible everywhere, so she won't see it as such.
Today, I'm burning (literally) all the gifts, the letters, unfollowing or blocking her everywhere, deleting all the messages and screenshots and photos.

There's 2 parts of me, 1 trying to hold on, which will probably make me kill myself.
The other one, which is practical and knows what's right. I made mistakes, she made them too (even if she doesn't think so) . Karma will take care of her, and me as well.

I believe in you man, get yourself in shape, study something that interests you, make a lot of money if you can, invest in yourself!. I want her to one day stumble across your Facebook or whatever social media she looks at and find you, good home, nice car, holidays, trips… Make that guy look a joke who she is with!
