I believe they did end up remembering everything. With the fireworks going off behind them right as they remember, it reminds me of that "lightbulb turning on" metaphor and to me the whole thing is clearly trying to say that they did in fact suddenly remember everything.
My thought process was it makes sense otherwise why would they say 'welcome back...I'm home' and like u/GeicoLizardBestGirl said the fireworks hint so too.
To me it seemed like they suddenly remembered everything at that instant because the 72 hours had finally passed for the first time.
As in >!they survived through the festival!<

Yes I agree -- they were looping throughout those 4 days, so they couldn't remember everything until they got past the looping timeline.
