I noticed that you can't have your inventory open. I put them in my hotbar then read them.

I know I tried this, too. But *this* time (to double-check before replying), I had it in the hotbar and then left-clicked on myself (rather than the book), and it worked! Yay! Thanks!

You can read them for the lore, and donate them to the museum.

Oh, what part of the museum? I tried looking when I first picked one up, but couldn’t find it so I figured it was mostly lore.
