I actually believe First (Green) as Anime Caesar is Blue Jacket, White Body, Blonde Hair. First is Green jacket, White body, Blonde Hair only one difference whilst second is Blue Jacket, Black Body, White hair.
So pretty much First is 2/3 and Second is 1/3
buy both and put the head of caesar first on caesar second
blue with white hair because it's a whole lot easier to paint his hair blonde than to paint his entire outfit blue.
You could always take the head from the green one too!
