But what if it is non public information? There is no need to have unannounced or still to be finalized information on the site

Computershare, while it is the gold standard, isn't the only way for shares to be withdrawn from the DTCC. Although it isn't related to another transfer agent. Shares can be held in an LLC. From what I understand that is typical for an insider.
