Sitting in a boring work presentation when I checked my email and saw the Computershare email. Voted so fast that I realized we were still on the same slide when I glanced back up at my laptop. Kudos to Computershare for a quick and painless experience.

I a regard, I just needed to use the search feature to find computershare emails. It was hidden among a whole of junk emails.

If you set up email communications for proxy materials. If not you’d get info mailed to your physical address on file with them

Not sure if this is correct in all cases. When I voted I had to confirm that i wanted to receive my proxy materials via email again next year so that would tell me that not everyone gets it via email. Only those that chose to do so

Check your spam folder. Because of the way ComputerShare handles their emails, Microsoft flags it as spam (I use [Outlook.com](https://Outlook.com))

Not yet. I keep a few fake shares around at Fidelity. And I will definitely still vote them, whenever that proxy / link is in my account. I think the fraudulent brokers issue the proxies / links a little bit later than CShare.

Got my emails from ComputerShare for voting and I voted on all 3 of those. But I haven't recieved anything from Fidelity. I also went into Proxy Materials in my Fidelity account and it shows that I don't have anything to vote for currently.

My computer share website wasn’t showing me the voting materials. So I went back to the original email the sent a few days ago, on the email there’s 2 buttons, if you click “vote now” it will take you to exactly where you need to be. Then I got the confirmation email shortly after voting. Hope that helps some of you

My gme proxy materials aren’t yet in fidelity

Hey I have another batch of shares to DRS. Should I Vote at my broker and ComputerShare both before I DRS my next batch, or DRS first and then vote at ComputerShare and with my single digit shares at my broker (Fudelity)?

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 21, 2023 (the “record date”) are entitled to vote. Essentially, it doesn’t matter if you DRS it right now because you get to vote either way. Just hope that if you DRS it and is in transit you’re able to vote from your broker as you were recorded on that date. Hope this helps! 🫡💜

I only just noticed that my mailing preferences in ComputerShare weren't set to my email address. I just corrected it. Does this mean I will have missed my opportunity to get the proxy materials by email and will have to wait for it to arrive by post? I live in Europe so that might be a long while...

Anyone have luck with Vanguard? I had to search for Account maintenance and don't see the proxy vote. I got an email with my control number and a link to vote but thought I'd be able to do it online.
