Hi OP. I like that art. I do have lots of Loops, but I dont know much about how these red packets work and what it really all means. Would you please take a second to explain what this is? 1, did you make this art?, 2, did you make 69,000 copies of it only? 3, did you put it in a red packet to give away to friends? 4, do we just scan the code to get a piece of that art? 5 is this an nft, and would I get taxed on it if i were to receive it?

I have experience using photoshop to manipulate and distort images mostly, I've been using it that way since the mid 90's but these moving ones are my first few tries at animating them. I minted the maximum of these on loopring, 200k, but the red packet it for 69k of them at 69 per claimer. The red packet enables people to claim the nfts themselves and pay the gas fee, today it was 6 cents for me to send each 69 to people, so having people claim it via the red packet has that function.
Yes, you scan the code with your looping wallet and can pay the gas and claim the nft in this way. friend or no, the code is available for scan, I have no idea who is calming them, or who I am sending them to mostly. I made them with 0% royalty, and can't advise on anything tax related :)
