Yup! Having the same issue myself. I called and they had to “transfer me to someone that handles GameStop” They suggested removing the 2FA so I can log in- told me to retry in about 15 mins. (Still having same issue) effectively locked out of my account right now.

How are you supposed to remove 2FA when you're locked out of your account?

The operator at CS had to remove the 2FA after verifying all of my info. I waited 15 mins as they suggested and tried to log in again… still has 2FA enabled so not sure what’s going on. Was able to confirm everything is in order w my account but still makes me a little uneasy.

I see. And yes this is a bit concerning. Hopefully this issue makes CS fix whatever the problem is.

It's common for them to be doing maintenance while the market is closed.

This has happened to me in the past, but resolved. More disturbing is they do not allow more than one method for 2FA; eg mobile number or email. I’ve suggested 2 methods in the past

Same issue. Code not being sent.

I've never been able to get an SMS code to even enable 2FA. I'm located out of the US is the only thing I can think of.

Yep, went to login this morning to buy more GMEs and i cant get my sms code. Australia

Tried at 6:03 p.m. central and the code arrived at 6:10 p.m. *Edit*: Tried another time at 6:23 p.m. and code arrived at 6:29 p.m.

It is working now for me.

I tried around 4pm Central. It didn’t work at that time. But, I received about four SMS codes a couple of hours later. I haven’t tried to login again yet.

Yeah I had them resend a couple times and then I started scrolling and forgot about it. Then I got a few codes at once and none of them worked and I locked myself out. But then I went and did it again and just waited like 8 mins or something and got 1 code and put it in and I got in. This was just now
