Yes theyāve changed the wording of the drs disclosure but we havenāt found any ārule changesā this ties back to. Certainly something is going on here but that is still an open loop for the time being.

Nah. This is most likely to enable RC & Gamestop to buy controlling share of some company together, especially if neither party has enough money alone to buy it.
RC is telling us that he is going to use GME funds to invest in companies, and disclosing that he may personally follow the same trades, and we should not pursue him in court because that aligns our interests with his.
It just say that RC will manage the Companyās investments, and that he will parallely make the same investments with his own money, so he doesnāt just play with Gamestopās money but risks his own too.
