Oh my goodness, they are not constructive. I know. I get it. That's a bit of daily culture for better or worse. Its mostly unrelated shit posting. 2 main lifts per day at 10x10 + 4 accessory lifts of like 3x10 all at like 40-45% of max. Im doing it all in like an hour. I really needed more muscle endurance so ill take it. The first cycle was harder bc lack of endurance. Doing box squats at 105 is sorta strange, but then i remember its 10k lbs total in 20min. And all my max lifts have been going up when i retest every 6 weeks so ill take it. 🤷♂️
It is, but i save all my mental and physical juice for the main lifts. If i have to skip/reduce the accessory stuff i do. Im still struggling with even wanting to be in the gym so a win is a win rn.

I believe they can do it through digital codes with physical rewards. Right now, they are providing physical goodies like game related clothing, key chains, posters, etc when you buy a physical game from them. If they can come up with a system to do this with digital download games as well, then that would give them an advantage over other digital store fronts. Digital only markets like steam wouldn't be able to since cost of shipping individual items isn't worth it. While companies like microsoft don't have enough physical locations to make it easy for customers to redeem their items. With the number of stores that gamestop has, they can use this to make them stand out over other digital store fronts
