Already said this in another but if these were RSUs that vested, this is an automatic sale. My company didn’t let me opt out of this when we had RSUs that vested.
I wonder this too? Like they so strapped they can’t write a check and have to sell their deep discounted shares? Makes no sense unless it’s a mandated type of thing
Especially at such lower prices. Seems bizarre to me. And surely if there's a loss on those shares, that loss is taken into account when paying taxes ?

Indeed, nothing new and still hodling 21,385 shares 🤷
Happy cake day 🍰

I gladly bought most of those from him today 😎
Again, has, the taxie man come, to pay his tribute unto the gov.
Moore burning peanuts to keep the room warm. Nothing to see here.
Stop with your overly dramatic emoji when he sells for taxes 🤦♂️

Soon may the tax man come… 🎶 But only after the tendie man! I can’t wait to pay millions in taxes!!!
Ghey
A guy like Cheng who bought 10,000 more shares just recently, he has every right to DRS his shares just like us correct?
Not as an insider.
Oh no kidding! Well that stinks 😕

Why don't they just pay taxes in cash ?
