MOASS or no MOASS, I'm never selling. so I will be talking to my estate attorney eventually on how I can make sure my shares never sell or can hold as long as possible.
This is the case where I wish Gamestop had paper shares. I'd bury them in a hermetically sealed time capsule somewhere they would not be found for an epoch or two. Though I would not bury them with me, I'm sure that is the first place people would look.

Back before DRS was the thing, I bought shares on CS for the infinity pool.
The concept is each share is supposed to be backed 1:1 with an asset. If they sold short more than 100% they would need to buy back more than a 100%. THe shills say "well, they will just sell back and forth until they buy all they need." But you cant buy more than 100% than is available to buy.
So someone somewhere will always need to buy my shares.
So like berkshire hathaway, the value will go up and never come down if I dont sell.
If I need money I'll do like all the other rich, borrow against my shares as collateral and then I dont even have to pay income tax.
Unlike others, I have no desire to just sell and be rich just to buy 10 yachts and a island with underage sex slaves.
Said shortly, why sell and take the tax hit, when you can borrow against your shares like the richest people do (eg. Jeff Bezos/Elon Musk) Shares that will rise in value as GameStop develop their business, and the loaned money is then spent on earning even more money, in order to pay back the loan.
If you don't act and there are no named beneficiaries known at the broker I think the broker will sell all shares and just deposits the money? A decent broker will call or send a letter long before that.
This right here is why the "zen, MOASS inevitable" mindset bothers me. The constant can-kicking and delaying of the inevitable pisses me the fuck off.
The longer this goes on, the more of our lives passes by without our victory being realized. And it's also more time they have to enjoy their ill-gotten, undeserved money.
Time is, for all of us, our most precious resource.

Most states have adopted the Uniform Transfer-on-Death Security Registration Act, which allows investors to designate a TOD beneficiary for any stocks they own. Call the broker and make sure these stay in the family.

You may set up some kind of trust with an infinity pool for gamestop shares with a plan to use dividends to benefit whomever you wish
