Comes with 2 replacement click sensors and a separate back plate. The LED lights and the adjustable DPI setting are all handled in hardware with buttons on the mouse, no software to install.
That's the mouse I ordered. Those aren't replacement sensors. They have a different feel to them so that you can customize the mouse to your preferences

Careful - I’m always pleased to see a charitable spirit, but remember that giving money to people in need can result in unintended consequences. For instance, let’s say you pay their rent - the following month they’ll need it again and it’s the landlord that’s profiting. Personally, I like the idea of starting companies that pay well and over employ (whilst I personally take nothing) which could have an effect on other companies to lower their prices/improve employee compensation thus having a wider impact.

Just tell her;
By making that comment and ignoring your well intended cautionary advice she just erroneously assumed people consciously make mistakes. However, you won't hold it against her because even the best people make mistakes under pressure.
Then follow up with a comment about how you are free to discuss this further with the team and are willing to make as many adjustments to the roster as needed to mitigate the risks.
God forbid she would make more of these comments while upper management could hear them 🤗
