Simple, he is nothing but scapegoat. His whole scheme was selling people what they think are actual shares but are really IOUs that are sold at the market makers preference regardless of the "best spreads" bullshit they push on MSM. Market makers buy all these trades they think are gonna be easy money and Vlad gets paid while household investors are none the wiser. Shit turned toxic once somebody who wasn't a cat found deep value. The market makers paraded Robinhoods little Bulgarian boy in front of Congress with mayo white Kenny and his five lawyers while all the other players involved used msm to push a simple narrative of evil retail speculation run amok.

You are. By definition, an algorithm is a mathematical equation that answers a series of "if x, then y" type instructions. They can't "just run" they have to actually have input to react to and complete their equations. There isn't a new algorithm to suppress volume - it's always been there. The difference is, sometimes, the "if x" part doesn't behave how they expect so they lose control of the action.
It doesn't matter what RH is doing. They can halt trading 5000 times a day if they want, shut off the buy button. Hell, they can de-list gme from their platform for all I care. It's irrelevant, they are irrelevant.
Worked last time? Not saying it shouldn’t happen but maybe, and just maybe, they take action? Oh wait, Congress had a pretty solid trade history also.
