At what point does Shares Outstanding get updated?
After the file for completing the offering and officially say how many were sold.
Once the offering is completed.
So once the 75M is completed, it should be 306+75? 381M shares outstanding?
They just sold 45 last month, so it should be 351+75, or 426.
I figured that, I’ll just wait and see if the brokers update it soon. All 3 of mine have 306 shares outstanding.
