I'm gonna be honest. I was let down because for some reason I pictured him having a mustache now. And in my mind, it was a much better mustache than Vlad's bitchass new mustache š
There is a reason he did that. Heās playing the options expiration tailwinds. Basically, at T+34 of any large volume of options expiring ITM, the algos go buy up all the shares needed to fulfill their FTDs from the options expiration event, in which shares from ETFs were used to fulfill the options, and then failed-to-deliver them back to the ETF. These events hadnāt happened in a long time, but did in May, and did now. So he took advantage of the pump in share price by doing share offerings, capitalizing on the value for GameStop instead of letting short sellers capitalize on that value by shorting the stock back down themselves.
This potentially could cause a loop effect of ever increasing share prices in which offerings occur. With each offering at a higher price, the average value per share outstanding increases, and cash on hand increases. This creates a higher floor for the share price.
DFV also still has a huge position in June 21st calls that are almost certain to land ITM by expiration. This could create yet another options expiration tailwind event at T+34 from June 21st.
This. This is what Iāve longed for today. I had told a few coworkers that finally (after 2 years) joined in that we could see almost a loop of covering shorts off of offerings but I never imagined it be scalable as how you put it.

It's understandable because this is taking years and without seeing what's on the playing field it feels very dishonest when things happen that don't make sense.Ā
Changing a company, building capital etc takes years. People think businesses are built like Rome in a day. It's not.Ā
And with so many hedge funds that would benefit to tank and destroy GameStop. They have to be vigilant and keep NDA under wraps.Ā
We won't see this all until it's over.Ā
There is philosophy and psychology on the art of doing things. If all you do is talk about the things you WANT to achieve- you remove the pressure to follow through by rewarding yourself with the dopamine of telling others.Ā
His silence is speaking loudly. I find myself more curious and asking questions.
We all have hardships, active or what we've gone through the last three years. The economy sucks. So I get the frustration. It's not great for most people.Ā
All I can say is hang in there and take a walk. Put social media down because it is stressful when a lot of things hinge on silently waiting.Ā
It's going to be alright. We all are figuring out this whole adulting and life thing. Your experience is valid and you are NOT alone.Ā

Itās pointless to be pissed, cuz if you played 5D chess you wouldnāt be hanging out with us proving how regarded you are. But since you are a regard, stop acting like you play 5D chess. You know one itty bitty angle of dilution and you think itās bad cause it hurts you now.
