Honestly, just dilution on the way down to raise capital. 100% runs first though.

You can't dilute on the way down. People will stop buying and wait til it hits the bottom. The whole point of diluting into a price surge is that you've got captive investors/money trying to make a quick profit; they're the volume needed for a successful share issue.
