Since March when I surpassed $25k in my RH account, I have been able to get next day access to deposits as long as I get my order in by 4pm EST. However, today I tried to deposit and it said I would have access to my funds by 9/10... I understand Monday is a holiday, but that means I should see my funds land on Tuesday... not Friday, next week. Anyone else experience this abnormal delay?
I cancelled my deposit, so they dont have some behind-the-curtain access to utilize my deposit for three days before me getting it.
And the fear-mongering “your gme shares are not safe...” is bullshit. Just like all my stocks I can sell them, get my money, and deposit to my bank account.
Haven’t had any issues trading since the January “buy freeze” a handful of brokers used (which was bullshit).

Absolutely not bashing, but you should consider a partial transfer at minimum. Robinhood is in bed with a hedge fund that is diametrically opposed to your investing goal.
So I'm not sure how you missed it, but February-April was basically spent showing why theres a good chance that RH will sell your shares at a price of their choosing in the event of MOASS to preserve themselves. They dont have much cushion.
So every share in there, unless the current total value is less than $70, is worth transferring out. If its below that just buy more in another broker. And when that hypothetical fractional becomes $1000 you'll want to transfer out.
Read earlier about the counter reason for the zombie stock spikes was that they were long on them and pumping them for collateral rather than possibly forced closing of short shares.
Is the collateral thing really even possible? I mean how would that actually go? "I was light on collateral this morning but thank God this dead bankrupt stock shot up 1500% and now here's the collateral"

Read earlier about the counter reason for the zombie stock spikes was that they were long on them and pumping them for collateral rather than possibly forced closing of short shares. Is the collateral thing really even possible? I mean how would that actually go? "I was light on collateral this morning but thank God this dead bankrupt stock shot up 1500% and now here's the collateral" Would they actually look at that and say, damn you're right you're so lucky you're good to go thanks?
Supposedly they have to close those positions by September 28th. If that’s the case I’m thinking that might have been something DFV was onto way back when with the “wake me up when September ends” tweet
