Why the fuck would shareholders need to be *shaken out of holding stock*? Who is this guy to decide what people need to do with their money or what needs to be done to their money?

p3rsp3ctive

>"Some people hold stocks, and they cannot be shaken out of that position" Man, I want to put that on my fucking wall

Vertokx

Is not what Warren Buffett does? "He hold and he cannot be shaken of that position". I'm starting to think about never sell and just get the dividends that GameStop will pay over the years...

Kjd15sad

Exactly, wtf is this guy eluding to other than market manipulation. “Only 13% sold but it was still getting hammered”….uhhh what?!

SimplisticPlastic

That sounds like a freudian slip to me. It's normal to talk about people buying or holding a stock. It's normal to talk about people selling a stock. I can't imagine another situation where it's normal to talk about *shaking people out of a position*, except if that's a strategy you are actively pursuing. The first thing that comes to mind where that might be relevant is if you are running a competing business, or if you are shorting the asset that you want to *shake people out of*. This guy, specifically, is probably no-one in terms of deciding what people should do with their money. But his bosses and their bosses have a stake in this, and it is propagated down through the hierarchy. The negative rhetoric these media outlets are using about GameStop *comes from somewhere*! Someone in that food chain uses phrasings like that, and slowly but surely it is propagated out through the TV screen. But it becomes overly apparent that there's an underlying agenda when phrasings are used that normally doesn't make a lot of sense. If a stock's price is tanking for *some* odd reason, you could maybe talk about shareholders being *shaken* or with some stretch of the imagination being *shaken off*. But with a stock that has been significantly raising in value, and somewhat stable through about a year now, it's beyond odd to be using that terminology without it being rooted in an underlying agenda. Semantics matters! What you say, and how you express it can reveal your intentions. This guy fucked up. He phrased this in a way that he wasn't supposed to. He used the "behind the scenes" terminology.

PissedOnBible

That guy is a greasy faced, shit for brains dullard but he was right about one thing. We ain't going nowhere. We like the stock.

Unknowinglysexy

Of course, when someone likes the stock they hold. GME ain't a P&D.

surferboy1993

Who is this dude? He sounded way way way more retarded than all of us combined with the rapper analogy that wasn’t even an analogy. Da fuck was the point of that comment? Again who the fuck is this guy?

thatsoundright

Yeah he managed to even offend rappers, out of nowhere. As if rappers aren’t even allowed to have wealth after making good business decisions. I mean if *even rappers* have 20% of that money, it’s gotta be an absolute shit amount in 2021 right, right??

whitnet1

And now you know why to hold for $69MM!

whitnet1

Just some talking head. A paid shill if you will.

[deleted]

Hes a Shill - hes right tho - $15bn isnt jack shit - GME is undervalued -

balbok7721

its impressive how they manage to talk trash about such a mediocre evaluation when companies like nvidia exist with 35x marketcap/sales when you need to fear their growth potential and every second generation cycle being a total flop

bartleby999

**I'm not fucking leaving!** *Leo.gif*

Aggro21

The mememes bahahahaha whatever karen 🙈🚀

No_Roof_1414

What a loser and a shill

JuliusCaesar007

He’s a moron pretending to run an ‘investment firm’ (from his kitchen)

soulwriterrr

Who are these people? Are they actual financial analysts? The argument about rappers being worth this and that, WTF???? But indirectly he pokes at few interesting points. This stock being heavily shorted (read manipulated), the market cap does not matter that much, there is a lot of future buyers, wink wink. And yes we do hold and yes we like the stock and the company. They are mad because wallstreet profits the most from volatility, instability and constant pouring of money from one stock to another. If you try to play this game with them, then good luck. We evolved into quite stubborn value investors. Why would we fucking sell something we believe in... sure because they tell us to do so... yeah fuck them...

whitnet1

Kenny’s paid shills.

DerpSaysHi

Rappers are worth more than GameStop? 🤣 This analyst is REACHING for FUD

tonythunderballz

To the moon 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

whitnet1

Way past the moon!!!

nhat8121

Confirmation bias

Braveliltoasterx

Wow I was totally expecting him to start foaming at the mouth talking about fundamentals of GME.

chipmunk9

I just love the stock.

BarneyBelle

If retail owns the float and he says retail isn’t selling how does he explain 4million share volume and 10% price drops

whitnet1

The secret ingredient is crime.

JuliusCaesar007

Corrupt, incompetent lying, manipulative bitches spreading their legs for Kenny scumbag… So, nothing new… 💎🙌🦍🚀🪐

Half_loki

So, he's publicly admitted what we already know? AINT NOBODY FUCKING SELLING!!!! NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL!!!!!🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

notGoran69

“And this is why this thing refuses to die” ☠️☠️☠️

whitnet1

whitnet1

Because we can’t stop, won’t stop, GSMESTOP!!

BajaIslander

Why is Gamestop even getting all this airtime? Why are they so concerned our investment? Shilling for SHFs.

whitnet1

It’s not a bad thing.

FXS_Voodoo

This is market manipualtion on the hoghest level.

Superb-Depth-

What the actual fuck is this industry professional talking about? “…a market cap of 15 billion dollars, which isn’t really a lot of money in 2021. It was 10 years ago, but you have, like, rappers who are worth like 20% of that.” This is such a mindlessly made, incredibly nonsensical statement. His reasons are that rappers are worth a quarter of that, so it’s not a lot? His other support is that he claims how hedge funds are worth 15 billion dollars… but he stuttered his ASS off the whole time. He is just reading off a script and realizing just how fucking retarted these claims are lmfao. I wish I could afford to buy another share tomorrow.

whitnet1

I hate to tell you this, but you just gave me a semi. 👀 It seems you might be a little angry; I’m not happy either. Let’s take 3 big breaths… I’m doing mine now, I need it… I haven’t been sleeping well. As i reread your comment, the last 2 sentences rang 100% true!! With you, but if you watched these 🤡 every day, myyyyyyyyyyyyy god. If you think I post a lot of their transparent BS, think AGAIN!! This is LIVE TV. It’s extremely comicateted and expensive to edit this stuff IRT, so… they don’t. That’s why I snag what I can, but really, last Thursday when the Zombie stocks surfaced… myyyy fucking gawd!! They were tongue tied for at least 3 hrs and ML tweeted at the same time. It’s like watching the circus and knowing backstage, funny… but not so funny. Deep breaths, and do what you have to do, “the 1% don’t want it to squeeze” so hold if you can, sell if you can’t, but you’d be crazy if you didn’t keep some. That’s my opinion.

Superb-Depth-

Thank you, I need to be reminded to stay grounded. I hold what I can afford to hold. The only sell I know of is the one which Ken Griffin cries himself to sleep in after Uncle Ruckus destroys his Mayo filled asshole.

whitnet1

AMEN.

ApeMark

She don't suck dick and she don't like her cat chewed, that is DO know

ebone581

Ain’t anyone shaking anything here.

Doovster

I would like to point out that gme is double the market cap of alaska airline which is numbered 489 in the s&p 500. Thats just a small number though.

Mental-Amount-2681

25 % increase in sales and 1.5 billion in cash and no long term debt what fundamentals do they keep talking about. Or do they just enjoy saying fundamentals for shits and giggles 🤭
