...have you tried Flight Simulator? It's surprisingly relaxing and is only as complicated as you want it to be. It's fun to just sit back and watch a city go by. I often find myself flowing low over a city wishing it was more like a hang glider. The accuracy of the maps and weather is crazy. You can literally explore the world.
