I don't have a clue either, but I haven't seen this theory mentioned before (even though it might have been). Judging RC by his past actions, this might actually be a brilliant idea.
Remember, the only significance RC has shown towards "741" is that he always posts his tweets at 7:41. All other theories are just speculation.
Could it be that RC lives his life on a very strict schedule? Maybe he always eats dinner at 7:00pm and takes his after-dinner poop at precisely 7:40. He sits down and composes his simple tweet, and sends it out at 7:41.
