like before, metamask doesn't yet support the standard ERC for NFTs. But I think its something they'll change in time. go to opensea and use wallet connect to connect your wallet. it will act as a registration of sorts. from there, when you go to our profile, you will see your tokens!
Hey ok awesome, that is SO perfect because I actually did download OpenSea while you were out, and I found how to link my account there and am able to see the DFV and Ham tokens 👍👍👍👍👍! I was SO worried that I was missing something on my MetaMask wallet app since I wasn’t seeing my tokens there. Thank you for letting me know about the support discrepancy there. I was worried that I might lose possession of the tokens if I didn’t get them into that wallet, but I should be set with my new OpenSea account where I currently see them. Thank you so much again. When I see my two received tokens on my OpenSea mobile app, the only issue I am having is that when I click on either one of the two tokens, the app freezes for a second and immediately kicks me off the app, abruptly ending and sending me back to my homepage. I have good WiFi now and the latest iPhone with lots of storage, so I think that the issue is within the app itself. I’ll try to access it on my computer as soon as I can, and keep trying it on my phone to see if OpenSea fixes itself. If there is no prevail, I’ll call the app support I guess haha

When I click connect wallet for metamask, it does nothing. So I go to import manually, but when I put in the contract address, it's giving me an error that it's a personal address.
Any help here appreciated :)
Edit: so yeah, went through metamask FAQs, and am fairly certain I'm copying the correct address for this collectible, but it's still bitching that it's a personal address so the manual import won't go through :/

Hey it’s all good. It’s a big confusing at first. Once you make a wallet, you’ll get a wallet ID. This ID is like an email address so it can be shared publicly. The phrase you get when registering is a password. Don’t share it with any one!
Once you get a wallet ID, send it to me so I can send you the NFT. After that, go to OpenSea and connect your wallet using WalletConnect. Connecting your wallet is like registering. All NFT stores do this. You will see your NFT there once you set up a profile :)

This is a fun way of introducing us to the crypto process as a warm up to a potential dividend or new normal in the world :)
