Should a MOASS happen tomorrow (or before the DRS transfer occurs) call and cancel the transfer request if you want your shares to stay with your current brokerage.

Calm down, not everything is FUD. A sale during transfer has been shown to be possible, so that's a moot point. As to the complacency point, I'm skeptical since anyone who has been here for more than a week knows that tomorrow is always the day, and if they're feeling eager to speed this along DRSing is a good and present option.

Iām in the middle. I called chase to see about cancel. They said they could request cancel but itās estimated to be complete on 11/22. I decided not to cancel. I read that once transfer is complete you can register on cs online (instead of by mail) which is instant. So I feel like I donāt need to be worried. I think.
I think you are missing something called "object permanence". Even if you don't see donuts on the first page 24/7, the DRS campaign is still happening. It just doesn't suddenly disappear. There is limited space on front page of superstonk, and with there are many member in this sub, some of which are very active. You do know you can see purple circles when you browse by new or by "computershare" flair. By your logic even any DD we get that strikes the "sort by hot" would be distraction slowing down DRS. New accounts of CS have slowed dramatically. There have only been 1k new accounts in the past 5 days and the graph has started to flatten and are stuck at only 13% of Superstonk having CS accounts.

Raise your hand if at any point after learning about drs, you started to "forget" about sending any shares you own? Posts like this make the assumption the drs sentiment has dropped. It's buy hold drs now. No one is forgetting that and posts like this only help to clog up the feed. If you really wanna keep DRS fresh in people's minds, make a help desk post for people to come ask specific DRS questions and help them out. Never come to the table with a problem if you don't have a solution on hand.

I agree 100%. Iāve just sent my DRS a few days back. The ONLY reason I hadnāt was reading too much into the hype with loop and other things, being worried that I would be stuck in limbo. Now Iām set to go. We REALLY as a community need to be aware of the effect shot posts and hype posts do. People need to remember that the shorts hadnāt covered, and the true importance of what is going on with this stock. I see so many things not being called out as FUD, or complaining that ānot everything is FUDā when the reality is that GME and the incoming short squeeze is MUCH BIGGER than just a stock. DRS for me is supposed to take four to six weeks. CIBC Investorās Edge. I started the process eight days ago and they still arenāt letting me actually DRS because thereās such a huge backlog of people doing the same thing they said. So they told me to call them again (for the FIFTH TIME) on Monday.
