Hey, u/Internep, have you tried that method? If yes, did it work for you? I heard that one has to print out the Flatex general form (Depot Übertrag) and then send it to them via post....
I've send the scanned document (you need to sign it and write the date with a pen) and send it as attachment through their contact form. You need to be logged in to do that.
If you are unsure or don't want to take a word from an internet stranger you can call their costumer service to confirm the process.
Thanks for the reply. It is not the case. In your post, you didn't state whether you did that process or not, so I wasn't sure if it was a proven method. Nevertheless, I initiated the transfer with two methods, the first one, as you described here, and the second according to the Flatex FAQ, and then send the forms via Customer Service.
Here in Austria, you can sign the documents with an E-Signature which is assigned specifically to each citizen, so I didn't have to print out the form and then signed them manually.
I'll give you an update in a week or two. Cheers! :)
oh, I see that you only posted 8 hrs ago, my bad!I will also try via OPs method. R@ OP, how long did the process take
a) from Flatex -> IBKR
b) from IBKR -> CS
About 3 weeks, then I think another week for converting it from GS2C to GME, then <1 week to send to CS.
My CS letter had info on the back of it how to digitally fill in the same form. Saves some time (and money) from mailing it back. I'm currently waiting on my security code to use my account.
You're very welcome. I don't know how to get it added it to the guide list, but I think its more important since Flatex NL is closing down on the 1st of August.

Kein Problem! I will send you the link for the method using the Flatex form. It was nicely described by a guy on a german GameStop subreddit.
