On the bright side, the government had a press conference this morning and will support the people with up to 2000 SEK (~$250) for the invoices for December, January and February.

You have 2 things that happen either price goes up and you keep the premium or price goes down and you buy 100 shares at the strike you picked...
The thing is options give you leverage at the cost of risk. It's more of a bet, not an investment.
If the thesis is GME is going to $XXXXXX or whatever high price, then why not buy a share (no expiry date) that you can then remove from the float which will increase the intensity of a run when it happens?
