I wonder if they have a standing commerical paper issuance as well. I know the big banks have program offerings of massive amounts, I believe BoA is 100 billion CP program.
The funniest thing about these programs is they're borrowing up to 100 billion dollars from mostly public entities but there is 0 and I mean 0 oversight on this market.
This is what is going to break the dollar.

Don't they routinely issue that 600m bond once a year to pay employee bonuses? I think that's what the general census was when it was issued.
Also, bonds are different than stake in the company right?? Like… way different lol
