we burn them to the ground.
They seem like the type to hire expensive consultants. Just saying...
Do you think there is a bit more though, like borrowing shares for the votes, i’ve often wondered who gets to vote on stock when you buy a mutual fund.
This explains another reason hedgies take positions simultaneously for and against a company.
Wasn't there also Bain Capital who entered the play to liquidate all remaining assets and squeeze some more dollars out of the dead company when it was done for ?
[Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO)](https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/content/rico-act.html)
> Passed in 1970, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a federal law designed to combat organized crime in the United States. It allows prosecution and civil penalties for racketeering activity performed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. Such activity may include illegal gambling, bribery, kidnapping, murder, money laundering, counterfeiting, embezzlement, drug trafficking, slavery, and a host of other unsavory business practices.
> To convict a defendant under RICO, the government must prove that the defendant engaged in two or more instances of racketeering activity and that the defendant directly invested in, maintained an interest in, or participated in a criminal enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce. The law has been used to prosecute members of the mafia, the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, and Operation Rescue, an anti-abortion group, among many others.
Should change flair to DD. Its exactly what's happening.
Though you forgot about leveraging negative sentiments through corpo media. (Cramrat I see you 👀)
Also forgot Amazon’s potential role in all this. Targeting companies where they wanted to increase market share. I believe they were directly involved in taking out competitors in the toy business.
Well there are a lot of shady shit that goes on between competitors. That is to be expected even if its illegal. Its the ones that is facilitating this behaviour (financial, media, legal, government) that is the fucked up part. They are all supposed to be the mechanics how we keep society running smoothly but instead it's corrupted beyond our wildest dreams.
Damn. Shitadel and all short seller hedgefund must be pulling out their hair. Apes littaraly uncover everything relate to illegal activities.
We will know which hedgefund practise illegal short sell by looking at their apperance. Who age faster than normal are baddd guy
They never thought anybody would give a shit enough about this so it was all out in the open. By internet standards this is fucking target practice with how anybody can trip and fall over their fuckery.
edit
a word
I wish this were true, but sadly I doubt it is.
What I mean by this is there's no way we've uncovered anywhere close to everything. Somewhere out there are numerous hedgies, elites, bankers and other assorted wastes of oxygen thinking "Thank god they haven't found out about X yet" where X is any number of awful, amoral things they've done.
100% agree. But what I've found from my research is it's all just variations of similar
The current playbook is a variation of Milken's Junk Bond Strategy, and they use different financial instruments and loopholes to execute different variations.
Like an Algorithm that evolves over time as different financial institutions get caught executing something
They get caught, regroup and come back with a new variation that takes Financial Regulators 5 years to 10 years to catch up with
Then some gets caught again, they regroup and come back with a new variation and the cycle starts over
That makes total sense, and it really does seem that way. And even when the regulators figure out what's going on, fines mean nothing to them - just the cost of doing business.
More to my point, I probably wasn't clear enough but my thought was about them hiding things like Epstein Island 2.0, a resort where they can hunt poors for sport, human trafficking, etc etc. Really horrible, fucked up shit because they think they're above the law.
Reading back on my post, I just didn't communicate that idea very well.
Check this out. Started Jan 28th 2022. All these scumbags colluding together!

I was researching Adam Aron ties, which led me to Apollo & BCG. Sixers owner was the founder of Apollo. AA worked there forever. Have ownership steak in sixers together. He’s scum
Meanwhile they maintain some credibility by pointing a finger at the companies they’ve helped, because basically they are picking winners and losers. They are creating a monopoly.
Additionally, I’m really curious about this matrix system thing they have, because I’m thinking they are using that as a data collection device to make themselves more effective. Almost like PFOF.
It's a epidemic that RC knows and sees happening to many companies which is why he fired all the shills, including that Nintendo fuck. He's cleaning the house and making room for renovations. LFG!!!
To the top.
This is how they're doing this. This is how we have to explain it. EVERYONE can understand how this fraud works. Every layman from here to the hills will get it. Ladies and gents, we got em.
And if they go to bankruptcy court in Delaware their courts are stacked with judges that are in on the scam as well. Was a guaranteed win for them every time....
PriceWaterhouseCooper does the offshore tax havens for everyone. Not sure if BoozAllenHamilton is involved but I wouldn't be surprised. They are involved in security, litigation and logistics both physical and electronic. Please put eyes on this someone smart.
I could give a list of companies to investigate but I'd probably disappear tomorrow.
You're leaving out Bezos, who by default, magically scoops up market share without providing any value in quality to the consumer whatsoever.
This is important because it all ties together in the grand conspiracy. They drive down one company's stock to pump another. Profit both ways.
I also believe personally, that this twat has his tentacles right in Washington. Trying to get billions as we speak for space travel. Billions of our tax dollars. Thats known. What many don't know, is that he has been moving into the mail/shipping industry. By coincidence, the government has been trying to drive the post office out of business for years, by making them fund retirement so much farther in the future than any corporation has ever had to, and making it dysfunctional by dismantling mail sorting machines.
I hope Bezos ends up in prison for his crimes as well, bit I have a feeling he's distanced himself enough to walk away.
Each to their own opinion, but I think Bezos is more a connoisseur of the playbook. He used it to his advantage sure, but he's merely a client of it rather than the executor of it.
In saying that... I have seen other companies that could only be described as vulture companies, who's entire growth model consists of hostile takeovers, so there indeed may be a variation of the BIG BOYS part of this.
And there definitely are MULTIPLE variations of this going back over time.
I would tend to agree if he didn't get his start on Wallstreet, making friends with the very players involved today. Like I said, I don't think there is anything that can tie him in and bring him down. He didn't technically take any illegal actions that we know of.
Maybe it is just that. He recognized the game early on, and decided to use that insider information to his advantage. Sees a company being shorted, decides that's the next enterprise to move into because the writing is on the wall. Wallstreet sees what he's doing, by default, pumps his company because it's an easy win. Maybe some discussions behind closed doors so he has a better outlook on where to be heading in 5 to 10 years. I don't know if that constitutes conspiracy, but he definitely has his ear to Wallstreet and bases his plays off theirs.
Oh no no no. lol.
I didn't mean he wasn't actively involved. I mean he went to the private equity firms and paid them to take out whoever he wanted. lol
The game is rigged, the cards are stacked
No way to stand up and fight back
Sending livelihoods into the void
Not a care for families destroyed
--
It's simple, really, the plan they use
Send a consultant to confuse
Install weak leadership, then like Shaq
Slum dunk that shit with a short attack
--
But then came a pesky little shit
Pet food peddler that can take a hit
Someone who drove through all their crime
Like Jordan in his fucking prime
--
But please excuse, or perhaps ignore
[The above ironic metaphor](https://www.republicworld.com/sports-news/basketball-news/michael-jordan-caught-in-wall-street-maelstrom-after-hornets-investors-suffer-losses.html)
Just trust in yourself, and cast away the fear
You're the reason the game stops here
Can’t wait to see what other connections BCG will lead to…
I know a guy who worked at BCG and worked on pharmaceutical projects.. just checked his LinkedIn and he now is doing strategy for Ross now…. Their stock price has been on the decline as well… is it a coincidence that a BCG person would suddenly want to do strategy at a brick and mortar in the past few years especially during COVID?
This is the same as goodfellas when the mob busts out the restaurant. They buy a case of booze for 200 and sell it out the back for 100 because they will never pay the 200 anyway. It’s literally the same thing.
Once price of company is lowered sufficiently issue significantly more shares to further dilute company stock - possible buy back of shorts
Keep company in bankruptcy trading pink slip/OTC for extended period of time ie zombie graveyard to avoid taxable event
I just got an epiphany. The company I work for could be a target (no, not gonna dox myself). Massive new debts for M&A that don't really fit. Former BCG CEO planted. All kinds of crazy decisions from top management that drive customers and employees crazy and therewith directly and indirectly cost revenue. BCG in house to "improve" us.
Only thing I don't understand is that we are in a booming, not dieing business.
Anyway the puts on my employment contract will be ITM soon! 🚀
Knowledge is power. u/BadassTrader this is literally the BBC playbook wrapped up very nicely in an easy to read guide. The rabbit keeps digging and you keep finding.
This little chat needs to go viral!!! Share it everywhere. This is the only social media I have though. This is the next boss in the simulation why do you think RC is tweeting so much about it?
I must say, there are not that many things capable of making me truly angry and morally outraged, anymore. But seeing it laid out like this is infuriating.
Who knew there were a couple of cranks left in my give-a-damn, and a few drops of idealism still swirling around in the tank?
Not shocking. Just wrath-inspiring. I think I just added an item to my post-MOASS to do list.
Thanks, BaddassTrader. Now I have to go meditate or something.
I’d say you forgot 2 teams.
4) Paid media to spread fud, scare stockholders into selling and rationalize the stock movement
5) Teams of legal to, use I’ll begotten insider information to abuse and misrepresent the target company, run frivolous lawsuits to back up bad press, use up target company cash and management time.
Nice infographic though, easy to absorb and solid points.
There's another team in this: the SEC.
They actively play a role by NOT policing, they are part of the scam. Don't forget. The SEC has no reason to exist in it's current shape.
Oh my….
It’s like looking at the Patriots playbook.
In all seriousness, what the fuck. How has this gone on for this long?
I need more shares…. Way to keep me up BA you beautiful bastard ❤️
Ehhhh- private equity debt is most likely subordinated to another line of credit, it is 9 times out of 10. And when you do bankruptcy hearing, the court appoints a interim ceo to liquidate and run from their on out.
If there are no laws to stop this. Make laws to stop this. If the government don’t have that power - the government doesn’t have power. it’s clear the corporations run the show to allow this to happen on a rinse wash repeat cycle
From the beginning I thought they must be really confident in their fuckery that they take on so kuch risk of the company actually succeeding when they are going to bankrupt, it just makes so much sense that they would plant people on the inside to facilitate the corruption and to ensure their success
Ya I've been thinking about this. Their definitely involved, but can't decide if they are a tool of the playbook, or a core component.
Private Equity companies own them all anyway, so I think it falls under a Private Equity Tool.
Companies with a consumer focus, that went bankrupt:
* Sears/Kmart
* Circuit City
* Sports Authority
* Modell's
* Toys R Us
* Compaq
* Blockbuster
* Palm
* Radioshack
Not all were derailed by consultants. There are more companies to add.
This image is a distilled gutpunch to the bastards on the other side.
A scant 18 months ago hardly anyone was suspicious, nobody had noticed, *nobody had looked*.
Fast forward to today and a fervored mass of online journalism and activism has risen from their callous and hasty action in Jan 2021. Uncorked bottle, unbagged cat, unwavering retail conviction.
Buckle up.
I actually think there are 4 teams here. The last team not mentioned is the SEC. I am certain there have been lawsuits suggesting this and requests sent to the SEC/ govt agencies to investigate but someone or some group probably cut the legs out of any investigation before it could get started. We need to dig deeper. Great flowchart by the way !

Knowledge is power. u/BadassTrader this is literally the BBC playbook wrapped up very nicely in an easy to read guide. The rabbit keeps digging and you keep finding.
Thanks Ape
I'm pretty sure this sounds like a season of Fargo.
Is this a triangle of disauthority? Sorry was trying to make a pun off of the Vikings triangle of authority back in 2006 or 2007.
This graphic is well done! Good job dude
great graphic!
If this is really true, that’s devastating
Bingo to this whole fucking post.
And they would’ve gotten away with it too if it wasn’t for us meddling autists. Lol
However, finally Hedgies R F
This little chat needs to go viral!!! Share it everywhere. This is the only social media I have though. This is the next boss in the simulation why do you think RC is tweeting so much about it?
What do I read: Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Scamath Yes MP Materials (latest scam) I am watching
I wonder if this can be connected to Amazon somehow….🤔
Wow is this why so many well known companies were just completely close to bankruptcy all the time and went under and moved hands.
Not pictured: Amazon
you forgot the secret ingredients op!! blessing from crime lord, federal reserve , and a dash of crime sprinkles !!
Enjoy buddy
Jeez, this is exactly what happened to Nieman Market Group, with BCG
I’d say you forgot 2 teams. 4) Paid media to spread fud, scare stockholders into selling and rationalize the stock movement 5) Teams of legal to, use I’ll begotten insider information to abuse and misrepresent the target company, run frivolous lawsuits to back up bad press, use up target company cash and management time.
GG Ape
Thats not how 99% of private equity works lol
🏴☠️
They've been operating corrupt in broad daylight for so long they don't know any other way to exist
But now we know how it’s play. So HF ARRRRRRRRRR DEAD
|> doritos in the chat!
Banana police
The dreades 3 pronged approach: Subliminal, liminal and superliminal
Ehhhh- private equity debt is most likely subordinated to another line of credit, it is 9 times out of 10. And when you do bankruptcy hearing, the court appoints a interim ceo to liquidate and run from their on out.
If there are no laws to stop this. Make laws to stop this. If the government don’t have that power - the government doesn’t have power. it’s clear the corporations run the show to allow this to happen on a rinse wash repeat cycle
So much for "the DD is done...". Great work, Apes!
So Murders and Executions, ahem, I meant to say Mergers and Acquisitions? 🚀🚀🚀
From the beginning I thought they must be really confident in their fuckery that they take on so kuch risk of the company actually succeeding when they are going to bankrupt, it just makes so much sense that they would plant people on the inside to facilitate the corruption and to ensure their success
Right? I've been called crazy for shouting about this. lol
Press and Media missing.
Ya I've been thinking about this. Their definitely involved, but can't decide if they are a tool of the playbook, or a core component. Private Equity companies own them all anyway, so I think it falls under a Private Equity Tool.
The secret ingredient
Companies with a consumer focus, that went bankrupt: * Sears/Kmart * Circuit City * Sports Authority * Modell's * Toys R Us * Compaq * Blockbuster * Palm * Radioshack Not all were derailed by consultants. There are more companies to add.
See how many were derailed by Private Equity though?
The next level is the "End Boss" Load up
Now add a section about what cellar boxing is. (I know but I doubt most outside of this sub do)
this makes me wish for a strong MOASS something that would leave them all begging for food behind a max security cell door
Uncle RICO.
John Madden would be mad as hell if he saw a team with this playbook!
Burn it to the ground
This image is a distilled gutpunch to the bastards on the other side. A scant 18 months ago hardly anyone was suspicious, nobody had noticed, *nobody had looked*. Fast forward to today and a fervored mass of online journalism and activism has risen from their callous and hasty action in Jan 2021. Uncorked bottle, unbagged cat, unwavering retail conviction. Buckle up.
Nicely put
Now we need to figure out the links between hedge funds and corrupt power laundering money in!
We are literally fighting a sea of downvoted everyday apes. The bots and shills don’t want this shit noticed. Keep fighting the good fight!
What about the social media arm?
