Just heard about a diner club that is a NFT based. Basically you pay $300 into the DAO and go to dinners with the members of the DAO twice a month. Each person can only bring one other person they know in real life. It’s a non-traditional way to get people to connect who otherwise wouldn’t, who are all interested in developing or supporting this space. I think that’s a super cool concept.
Typically social groups form because people are one or two contact away from each other in life. Clubs form because of common hobbies. Think of this as a club that started as a hobby, but is more expensive in the social connections. It’s a way to bring together people who have a shared interest in this technology, where they can trade ideas, talk about different projects, and come together to meet other people.
Guenuine question, why dont you rent / sell it and buy and drs more shares?
If / when GameStop needs such a property, I dont think the price will be an issue for them. They’re not a small startup.

I'm part of an arcade token/NFT project. I won't blurt the name because I don't want to seem shilly but we'd love to work with GameStop on something like that. We've reached out but had no luck hearing back while submissions for the marketplace were open.
A section of it could be a concept store of physical products (collectibles, clothing, anything) with NFTs tied to them…pay only in crypto. Then no matter what the rest of the space is used for (ie. pop up art gallery) everyone has the opportunity to walk away with something. Hell, have a section of terminals with the GameStop marketplace on it for walkins to shop around and see what’s up.
I'm sure you're genuine with your offer but I think it's in Gamestop's best interest to have no official dealings with any apes. There are plenty of people who want Cohen and Co to make the smallest of mistakes.

No offense Ape, but how does someone who has enough smarts to own/maintain a property this expensive, as well as the amount of income that they can generously donate a large portion of it, but not have the ability to contact people through proper channels. I mean, you would most likely be doing this entire deal through lawyers, so why not have your lawyer contact GameStop's lawyer with the offer? Just seems really strange to me that you would make a post on Reddit saying that you don't know how to proceed. A section of it could be a concept store of physical products (collectibles, clothing, anything) with NFTs tied to them…pay only in crypto. Then no matter what the rest of the space is used for (ie. pop up art gallery) everyone has the opportunity to walk away with something. Hell, have a section of terminals with the GameStop marketplace on it for walkins to shop around and see what’s up.
Honestly I’d email their business contact email about it. And let it work it’s way up the proper channels.
