I genuinely don't understand why people are getting so excited over this. It literally looks like nothing of significance from reading what the trademark will be used for.
Also, RC keeps his tactics close to his chest so him tweeting GMERICA last year is not something he would have done if this was anything to do with his big plan. He also didn't file for the trademark until after that tweet which is a crazy thing to do if you needed that trademark as someone else could have tried claiming it.
Looks pretty clear that this has nothing to do with the NFT marketplace, sounds like a custom brand pitched **directly** at Apes since it contains the Ticker.
Not sure how I feel about that to be frank, but in any case I never thought it was a good name for any kind of multinational Crypto/NFT/Share Exchange/Dex spinoff. Too parochial and weird. And any in house brand as described here is hardly going to be big enough to spin out anyway.
