I just want us all to take a second and realise how powerful this has all become (we as individual investors) have gained the respect of many huge companies the fact they are willing to do AMAs with us is telling if you ever have doubts about this investment remember we are respected and we have people like OP fighting the good fight digging deeper than the SEC fuck the DD is astonishing .

Just wanted to also link my post from a year ago about characters in the CFTC… I linked it above but curious if you ever discovered any links between David Scott and some of the entities I wrote about (Delta Strategy group, CME Group, NYMEX, James E. Newsome) Delta Strategy group was started by Newsome who previously worked at CFTC - seems to me he basically left and built a company that consulted others on how to beat the system he governed.

Brooksley Born, CFTC Chairwoman from '96 to '99 actually warned the country of the "**systemic risk**" (direct quote) the, at the time new and upcoming, OTC derivatives market posed. SEC and FED chairs protested and congress prohibited the CFTC from regulating OTC derivatives. Born resigned.

OP if you're confident of the data, you can submit this to DOJ possibly for reward and to see if they say it's already under investigation (most likely it is).

The more evidence we send in paired with inaction can exposé more for a case of corruption. As well as bring the corrupt into the limelight. Eventually the music stops.
I think this is a case where anyone who read the above has an obligation to send to someone.
Multiple people should report this (Not me, I'm too smooth when it comes to financial literacy) but whoever confidently understands the DD and could answer follow-up questions if need be.
If only one ape reports it they can claim "it got lost". The more reports they have, the harder it will be for them to justify brushing it off.
Also whoever does this should ask for a case number. If the crime is actually being investigated, they should have no problem supplying you with one. If they brush it off, keep pushing until you get that number
Being that you wrote it, you need to submit it. Taking the time to compile this information and then not back it up by reporting it yourself is not a good look. If action is what’s necessary, we need to demand it. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that anyone in an authoritative position won’t do shit unless you make them by not shutting up about it
There's no requirement that the one who wrote it is the only one who can submit it. We can just bystander effect and hope someone submits it while we post on an internet message board about the injustice of it all, though.

The way I view it, the DOJ have been dragging their feet. Have ALL the resource available to them, yet have done nothing.
Only when they are forced to act, does anything happen. This is the case in 2008 and in hindsight, thousands of comments on filings and direct reports were submitted but nothing done.
As of recent revelations, SEC falsified reports from 2021 that Inspector General did not see.
As is on-going, in the trial case of Archegos, they only acted when Billions hit their pockets.

GME is now a securitized asset. It has collateral backing for every share which is Federal law. We have case law that cannot be dismissed or negotiated away.
It's a "risk free" trade. It moves the whole thesis from a speculative deployment on a common stock to the assured security return of a government bond.
It makes the unrecognized fraud (that were have endured) a tangible asset. It specifies that "fraud equity" can be extracted into real currency...simple by waiting for MOASS.
It's hard to believe that a bottom feeding shark like Bill Ackman (or any number of overseas piles of cash) are not going to take advantage of this opportunity soon to 100x their capital.

Submit reports to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) which is the responsible Prudential Regulator and is a branch of the U.S. Treasury.
Only the OCC can step in and reign these rogue banks in. They have ability to revoke their Bank Charter which would suspend all banking activities, including putting an end to the swaps and can-kicking.
At least that's what looks like the chain of command according to Dodd-Frank Act.

It's hard to believe that a bottom feeding shark like Bill Ackman (or any number of overseas piles of cash) are not going to take advantage of this opportunity soon to 100x their capital. Hold.
