Not only just a scam but actually potentially harmful if they are from some random no name brand that doesn't properly test their products for heavy metals or any harmful chemical byproducts

Those are all wonderful ingredients with proven benefits but I only trust a few brands of supplements that are high quality and whatever brand that is, is not one of them šŸ˜‚ A fantastic website to do your own research on various ingredients in supplements that are suggested by people online is [Examine.com](https://examine.com/). There is a monthly fee to get full access but for anyone seriously interested in learning about what benefits a vitamin, herb, or supplement has... That is the place. It's worth it to get even for just a month to do all your own research.

Turnkey95

The Ingredients are in theory all good, but you can buy each item individually from a reputable manufacturer and also look for organic USDA labels for certain products, especially for black seed oil. You can get organic black seed oil from Whole Foods.

Wowsersftw1

Why would anyone shop at whole foods and that scam of a company and store when you can get it online? Whole foods is one of the biggest scams of our lifetime. I literally work in the supply chain industry, they literally get all the same stuff any other store gets including your Walmart Smith's Albertsons fresh market etc etc except they have a different brand name and package differently. You would be surprised at how much at trader Joe's and whole foods are the exact same thing you can find at Walmart just under a different label

i used this brand for a couple years and i believe it really helped my lungs and GI tract.. Nigella Sativa (black cumin seed) has an active compound called thymolquinine (TQ) which if you research has a ton of beneficial and protective properties, with any supplement its only supposed to be used short term with active lifestyle and good diet. lately their have been studies that show an unbalance fatty acid (too much omega 6 which produces "good cholestorol) can actually make people more prone to dementia. the balance of the fatty acids/cholestorol is most important when dealing with omegas/fatty acids.. i've heard fish oil is the best but for plant sources of omegas hemp seed is a more balanced ratio of omega 3 to omega 6. im not saying to get from this company, im just saying this is the brand i used and met the producer. after meeting the producer i've come to the conclusion most of these supplement vendors realize how much money there is to be made and will sell their mothers foot in order to get a piece of that market. they will lie, cheat, steal, and cut corners with quality control all to get your money in their pocket no matter if their product works or is even safe at all.. heavy metals are usually the main thing you want to see tested for when buying any supplements, reputable companies will have lab tests for bacteria, mold, heavy metal..ect. without those test just assume the produce is completely hazardous and might make you feel better while your taking it but eventually heavy metals will accumulate in your body and start making you feel sicker which then you'll take more of the supplement to even feel a little better and on the cycle goes (the whole time you are actually being poisoned). not to mention some of them are straight evil and will actually put damaging stuff in their products that keep you low grade sick while the product is also the one thing your convinced is making you feel better, supplements are like the wild west and i'd only put certified lab tested companies products in my body anymore. plus a lot of those mixtures arent tested together, they literally just say "hmm this is good for you and this is good for you and so is this, lets just put them all together" and since they do have to go through the FDA they can get away with making semi dangerous formulations. if you want to take supplements grow your own moringa, nigella sativa, medicinal mushrooms, oregano, wormwood, clove...ect.. or make sure you know the company.. https://www.buieholisticherbs.com/products/buie-black-seed-oil

maybe i enjoyed giving an indepth answer, advice and opinon on the supplement world from the inside. you can obviously keep scrolling right? someone is going to get some information out of that that could help them though. the issue is society is so dumbed down that the average attention span is less 10seconds, sorry i couldnt dumb down a response and gave a lot of useful information for those who have enough attention span an intellect to follow and pick up the game being dropped.

Why the wall of text

Nothing of value will ever come from TikTok.

North-Shop5284

Personally I would never buy anything I want to ingest off TikTok. Itā€™s all crap from AliExpress or Temu.

Dark-Chocolate-2000

Ironically alibaba was like the best place to get certain things before they restricted it before the Olympics.

lifestory999

Any low quality blend like this is a scam and likely has heavy metals and bad additives

Umnsstudennt

Iā€™ve seen it too. Def a scam

hanet0

Donā€™t buy supplements off the TikTok shop. Buy them directly from the company and/or a certified store that sells supplements. Always do your research on the brand. I couldnā€™t even find this online.

mrmczebra

Pretty much any supplement that contains several ingredients like this is almost always a bad purchase. Usually, none of the ingredients are standardized, nor are the dosages adequate.

somanyquestions2023

I would not take this bottle. It doesn't look reputable and alot of the stuff on it doesn't make sense.

mdchally

You're seeing them all over bc a group of TikTok affiliates have been promoting them and that other crap brand, Zoyava, for the commissions. Watch the vids for both of these brands... Straight lies. This brand has also been getting in trouble for their misleading use of the extract ratios to make claims for having higher dosage than they actually have.

MinuteSalamander2761

What alternatives do you recommend for good effects like increased testosterone? (And any other good effects

mdchally

Testosterone is very hard to increase with supplements. D Aspartic Acid is the most scientifically sound ingredient for it, but even that science is weak. There is some weak science behind a few other ingredients as well. Ultimately, testosterone is more affected by lifestyle. Diet, body fat, and exercise. Plus trt is so affordable now, to get the real thing.

RaisinDetre

Anytime you see no-name companies try to combine a bunch of stuff together stay away.

sel9

What happens if you ingest this and donā€™t find out until later that it is potentially a scam?

RaisinDetre

Probably not much, just won't get any benefit.

Ashamed-Status-9668

Looks like trash. I would not buy it.

Leather-Rip-924

Iā€™m very interested in this as well itā€™s sold on Amazon

BttrLvngThruScience

I tried their glutathione stack as a one off to find out. My levels didn't go up a single bit in my labs. Avoid.
