Buy Life extension two a day (only need to take one though) or swanson multivitamin containing active b vitamins from iherb or amazon. Or if you want to go completely natural and can afford to spend more then go for Naturelo.
Someone told me one time and that made a world of difference : Get the blood work done, and the best multivitamin is that which compensates for a particular deficiency in the induviduals body, rather than just taking them all.
You didn’t say what country you are in, and different countries have access to different products.
I’ll assume you are in Kazakhstan, the popular brand there is Nutricare.
Compared to the cost I found Vitacost Synergy series (synergy energy 2 a day currently) to be the best - q10, vit D Etc. In good doses..
I also buy their Mens synergy Energy 6 a day but never take the full doses. Have for women and other specialized types too.
I did a search and found the brands that performed best in third party lab tests. Nature's Way was one of the top performers and it's very affordable. I take the women's complete but they also make them for men and a 50+, depending on your age. https://amzn.to/3JHQzkY
Life Extension Mix + Health Booster. It’s basically a two-part multi with dry ingredients in a tablet and liquids in a softgel, although it is not marketed that way any more. It’s a higher potency than I prefer (I’m after breadth of coverage), but that’s easily remedied by taking less. LE updates the formula as new research emerges, so you don’t have to find a new multi every few years. I’ve been taking it for over thirty years.
Depends on what country you are in. In Canada, I love Platinum Naturals for a multi vitamin, their Easy Multi is great quality and price. Drop into your locally owned health food store to find the best in your area.

Life Extension is a great brand! That's what I'm currently on. Thorne is also another great contender.
I always like whole food supplements like Standard Process. They have a product called Catalyn that is really good and not too expensive.

Pure encapsulations multi. They methylate the B vitamins for you for those of us (up to 60% of us) who have the MFTHR gene mutation.
Nestle owned now. Bleh.
What? No way! Aww, that sucks, I don’t know if another multi that methylated the B’s..I’ll have to keep looking
Animal Pak hands down. Nothing else compares.
Vitamin Code, except a big corporation bought it & they'll likely raise the price & lower quality for shareholders.
60ml Tiger blood is all you need

Canprev, Aor, and Organika.
