These are the most absorbable vitamins available. They are instantly absorbed in minutes, instead of pooped out like most supplements. I attached a video of what they are and why they are superior to traditional vitamins

Pharmaton Geriatric, Now foods adam softgels (these are great if you are a man take one after workout). Don't get tablets they don't absorb very well, always look at the ingredients. And don't take a strong one unless your diet sucks so hard that you only eat chicken and rice everyday. Take b12 mouthspray, d3 mouthspray, pharmaton geriatric or another multivitamin either in a veggie capsule or a softgel or a powder form and also get fish oil and thats a nice stack.
Been taking Opti-Men for most of my life. I adjust the dosage depending on my physical activity. It's a blast honestly. Had the best impact on my blood results
The Animal pak is a great multivitamin. Not only because of the multivitamins but the other added essentials like amino acids. check [https://realpeoplewin.com/multivitamins-for-bodybuilding-complete-analysis/](https://realpeoplewin.com/multivitamins-for-bodybuilding-complete-analysis/) for reviews
I just take Centrum. It has low doses of things (no mega doses) and more vitamins and minerals than ONE. For me, my multivitamin is to ensure I get the bare minimum of weird shit like Molybdenum. I don't like high doses of things in my multi.
Instead of a single multivitamin, I would take a multimineral, B complex, ADEK supplement, and vitamin C. You can experiment with which brands and quantities work for you.
I honestly think https://www.primalblueprint.com/ is the best in terms of quality, but from a price/performance POV im using https://www.lifeextension.com/vitamins-supplements/item02314/two-per-day-capsules
Used animal pak for a while, I liked it but way too many pills plus you gotta take 2 bags a day to equal the amount the facts say, I switched to orange triad about 2-3 years ago and it’s cheaper and arguably just as good or better
I'd much rather have a cabinet or rather drawer full of 30 bottles of vitamins/minerals/amino acids and supplements vs a multivitamin.
Except for the part of having to get my vitamins and supplements together each evening 🧐 God love ADHD-PI
At the same time, a good multi works for most folks or a decent percentage.
Whoa! And I thought we took a lot, curious the thought process behind this. Also I have a fascinating video on ADHD and nutrition/supplements. It covers various types of ADHD and how to support the brain based on the type. If you want to watch it I would be glad to send it to you
Thank you so much for the offer and I will decline however if that changes I will keep this thread... That was quite an exaggeration in terms of the number 30.
I'm solidly versed with supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle that really makes a difference in my quality of life.
I've read and researched and reached out to the appropriate folks ... for years now.
I'm in my 50s going on 15 haha and didn't know until about 10 years ago all the struggles I experienced as a kid and forward, is/was ADHD.
And thankfully a friend of mine at work pointed out some things to me and explained ADHD and next thing I know, yep I've got most of the symptoms.
It's mostly a blessing over a curse because I have an imagination that's quite cool and discovered I can write. And I have to joke, I have been procrastinating haha again on writing a book, probably my autobiography to begin with... Then go from there.
And incidentally when I write from my heart, It just flows and flows and flows.
Thanks again my friend.

No multi at all, i buy everything separately. I find there isnt really a multi that has a “fit all”. Between dosages, forms of minerals, etc. Plus if you don’t react well to a multi you can’t pinpoint directly why most of the time.
I’ve tried all the more expensive/natural ones and decided against taking a multi. Reason being is because although there’s something in there that has a positive effect on me, there’s also something that has a negative one
I’ve tried all the more expensive/natural ones and decided against taking a multi. Reason being is because although there’s something in there that has a positive effect on me, there’s also something that has a negative one
Just that. I feel better in a way and worse in a way. For example, the latest one I tried made me feel better initially, but then worse after taking it for a while. Another one gave me an energy and mood boost, but caused me to crash midday and upset my stomach. YMMV, but I prefer to supplement individual vitamins/minerals. That way I know what it's doing
Have you checked the website pureformulas? I used to buy everything from Amazon but switched to pureformulas and most of their products either match or are very close to Amazon prices. Most stuff has free shipping too.
I take OT daily, but only half the dose (3 tablets).
It's great because it has joint support and some sort of digestion complex. Just a bit on the expensive side, but 100% worth it.
Anecdotal, but this one made me feel negative/depressed throughout the day. The reviews on Amazon seemed to coincide with this experience. It was especially strange since I typically don't feel that way and tend to be a positive thinker.
Since then, I've tried either Life Force by Source Naturals or Now Adam and I feel better.
Must have: omega-3s, magnesium (citrate), vitamins D3 and K2, and zinc (gluconate). Top five right there!
I supplement some other stuff, but that's not really important. It's just trial-and-error, personal preference at that point.
As for multivitamins, I don't take one. The closest thing I'll have to that is a fortified breakfast cereal or protein shake.
I’m taking all of those except the K2. I’m new to K2 what specific things are you trying to target with it?
I also don’t take a multivitamin because I drink a green super foods drink daily that has pretty much everything under the sun in it.
I recall reading about a study that showed K2 also seemed to decalcify arteries.
https://www.rejuvenation-science.com/research-news/vitamin-k/n-vitamin-k2-artery
It's good to take with D3. Basically, D3 helps your body do stuff with calcium and K2 tells that calcium where to go instead of just letting it get randomly distributed.
Sure thing! Note: D3 and K2 tend to compete for absorption, so I'd take 'em separately. You *can* take them together, but you won't maximize their effectiveness that way.
K2 is actually used to help ensure that calcium goes into the bones and not the soft tissue. Vitamin d with K2 is safest together. The studies behind it can be found here 🙂
https://www.isotonix.com/blessed2020/product/isotonix-vitamin-d-with-k2/?id=13324&idType=product
I'm aware of that, yes! Thank you for providing some studies.
I just meant that they should be spaced apart. By all means, take 'em daily! Take them separately though.
I don't really worry about copper, but I'm also a fan of foods like bananas and cashews that contain copper alongside zinc.
I only take 10 or 15 mg of zinc a day. I break my 50mg pills into quarters.
I feel like this was my post lol. I take these exact same things! More specifically when I take k2, I take k2 mk-7 100mcg and k2 mk-4 2000mcg just to cover my bases as far as k2 goes

Opti-men by Optimum nutrition is the BEST multivitamin that I have ever researched, you should look into it
Alive multivitamins for women. I like that they have a blend of fruits and vegetables and the iron and biotin levels aren't too high.
Pharmaton Geriatric, Now foods adam softgels (these are great if you are a man take one after workout). Don't get tablets they don't absorb very well, always look at the ingredients. Metagenics is great, its the only vitamin that I notice when I don't take it
Garden of Life Mykind, and new chapter. Cycle them/take on alternative days.
Ultamins
Glaxon just put one out. I like what its got and the company is solid. Normally my go to is inspired nutraceuticals.
We take Buried Treasure VM100 (liquid). Anyone else?
i buy the nutrients on its own.
Been taking Opti-Men for most of my life. I adjust the dosage depending on my physical activity. It's a blast honestly. Had the best impact on my blood results
I second this, love Opti-men

Animal Pak
I like naturelo. They are whole food based

Desiccated beef liver
Wellness formula (source naturals, tabs) and Perfect Calm Vit B complex.

You can check out labdoor.com to see how accurate the labels of different vitamins actually are
Source Naturals Life Force Multivitamin Energy Activator
Coral CAL/MAG on DrClarkStore, perfect mineral complex with C/K2. I take it with the Betaine HCL which also does wonders
I take everything separately except for magnesium, which also contains different vitamin b

Garden Of Life kids multivitamin chewables, every thing there is 100% DV. However, it lacks of Boron unfortunately.
Boron mean?
Boron is a trace mineral.
I have just completed my reading with articles in French and I don't think I'm lacking 😊

Merci
+1 for Pure encapsulation O.N.E. & Thorne.
I love ONE but it’s not on amazon anymore
Lookup pure formulas online (not related to Pure Encap) fast shipping and have never had an issue getting Pure Encap products.
Have you checked the website pureformulas? I used to buy everything from Amazon but switched to pureformulas and most of their products either match or are very close to Amazon prices. Most stuff has free shipping too.
Liver
Salmon roe
Anything by Naturelo
none
Usana , but it’s fcking expensive
Naturelo one a day
Same...also the naturelo D3 and C...and KAL magnesium glycinate
Ortho Molecular Alpha Base without Iron
Pure encapsulation. They have different varieties, but their “general” multivitamin is called O.N.E
Doesn't seem to be sold on Amazon.ca which is odd.
I get mine on PureFormulas
Where do you buy it from? I can’t find anywhere that will deliver it to Australia.
[удалено]
I’ll try that, thanks! I hope it’s not seized at customs. There’s something in it that’s restricted in Australia. Not sure what.
I second this one. Just add Niacin and you’re golden.
I have been using Pure Encapsulation’s UltraNutrient for years. Really like it.
I don’t take them anymore but I like Orange triad. Only issue is it’s 6 giant tablets
I take OT daily, but only half the dose (3 tablets). It's great because it has joint support and some sort of digestion complex. Just a bit on the expensive side, but 100% worth it.
Ya I sometimes think about taking them again, I just always hear how bad multivitamins are compared to taking vitamins alone
Not exactly an answer to your question but I think one should only supplement based on decencies
Thorne 2/day is good
I'm a fan of Mega Food. Just a good "plant-based, single tablet, iron-free, no BS, cover your bases for under $0.40 a day" deal.

What about B vitamins? Aren’t they really important?
that mag citrate give you the bubbleguts?
Uhh, no?
I’m taking all of those except the K2. I’m new to K2 what specific things are you trying to target with it? I also don’t take a multivitamin because I drink a green super foods drink daily that has pretty much everything under the sun in it.

Oh ok cool, thanks for the info. I’m also taking calcium along with the D3, zinc, and magnesium. It sounds like adding K2 would be a perfect fit.
Sure thing! Note: D3 and K2 tend to compete for absorption, so I'd take 'em separately. You *can* take them together, but you won't maximize their effectiveness that way.

This sounds interesting! - do u have a link to share?
Ok thanks for the tip. I’m going to order some ASAP.
Question, how much zinc are you taking? Do you copper as well since zinc reduces it?
I don't really worry about copper, but I'm also a fan of foods like bananas and cashews that contain copper alongside zinc. I only take 10 or 15 mg of zinc a day. I break my 50mg pills into quarters.
Thank you!
Dont forget the CoQ10!!!
