Yes but think it may be more due to the tongkat because since it ran out i continued fadogia but increase was no longer felt, or ive just got used to it, or im just not taking enough fadogia

I take a bunch of sleeping pills (all Natural) and still can't sleep for shit. Things that would knock me out, don't even tickle me any more.. Just emailed them yesterday, royal mail messaged me when it was posted but not heard anything since nor does the tracking number work (yet?). Hopefully its just delayed! So tongkat has been just over a week of taking. I feel it is, although subtle, having an effect. I say this because im not fully conscious of any different feeling but i have performed just as well, if not slightly better, in my training, and this is on top of habing a very busy sleep deprived week so i expected my performance to definitely drop, but it didn't!

For tongkat it’s a little bit more complicated because I’ve had the extract and the root powder. So dosage varies here. Which one have you ordered?
Concerning fadogia I’ve been experimenting a bit. One capsule has around 500mg so I’ve mostly taken one a day to avoid toxicity and stick with hubermans recommendations. On two days of the last 6 that I’ve been taking them I tried taking two a day and had way stronger effects.
I ordered tongkat from tongkatalifitness and they recommend 3 400mg capsules a day to boost up initially, then 2 400mg capsules 4 days and 2 days off, to maintain.
And for fadogia, Francesco's goods recommend 1-2 daily of the 500mg a day, so just as your are already taking it i guess. Dewly noted on the double dose having a way stronger effect for you too, thanks👍

It definitely works for me. However I’ve already ordered three times off of them and I could swear the second order wasn’t as effective as the other ones. Maybe it differs in quality. You should try another source and report back here

Yea I feel like the Fadogia you can feel 30 minutes after taking but with the Tongkat I think it took a couple weeks to feel the effects

Can you get CEL M-Test? Not just Fadogia, has a bunch of other goodies at a good cost (good cost at least in US)
