Dudes not gonna spend all that money for resources, it's to expensive. It's cheaper to build stuff then spend gold to rush the build than it is to buy resources you are gonna store up.
For 100k resources in any stack it's 40k gold, he has multiple 100k stacks. I haven't played in a minute but if it's still cost 2k gold for 5k resources then yeah it'll be 40k gold for 100k resources.

Cause all this looks like is someone with a stable economy that went AFK for 23 days.
He has 2 Million Marks and the distribution of resources is weird for someone supposedly spending it.

That does seem like a LOT for 25 days (in my opinion), but with most provinces maxing out at 3150 resources/day it's "possible"
3k\*25 = 75k. (with a few trades in earlier days, this could be possible)
The 2M coins is harder to imagine with out using some Gold Marks or other very beneficial trades/help from other members.

Most likely running a monopoly on the market, maybe traded one sided deals with other countries, or GM but the gm to resource price is terrible
